“Where do I begin? How do you review a divorce attorney? There’s never a true winner by either party in one of life’s most difficult times… but I’ll share my experience with Gatch Law.
I came to Gil Gatch under the recommendation of a nationally known attorney. I had previously been working with an attorney who I did not feel had my best interest. I was up against a super aggressive attorney that was relentless in making my life uncomfortable. The day that I retained Gil Gatch was the day this stopped. Gil Gatch does not take the bully approach, but I can tell you, he doesn’t lay flat for you and allow you to be walked over. Gil Gatch knows the law to an extent that’s unbelievable. There is nothing large or small that he overlooks. When I asked Gil about certain advantages or loopholes, he was the first to tell me the truth. He never sugarcoated anything and although at times it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, it was the correct answer.
Gil must really miss school, because he is constantly doing his homework. He analyzes every single angle and possible outcome and strategizes the best approach. I honestly think he loses sleep at night over the most minute details. Gil literally called me at 8:30 at night from his office on Labor Day to go over details of an upcoming hearing. I had no expectation for Gil to spend his holiday night off working on my case, but that’s just Gil.
The paralegal, Annagrace, Associate attorney, Lexi, and Gil make an amazing team. The best analogy I can come up with, is Gil is the head coach and Annagrace and Lexi are his coordinators that he collaborates with on game day. Minutes before a hearing they were literally messaging and researching laws for him while we were about to head into court. It was a beauty to see such a well oiled machine. We were able to settle my case without the need for mediation in a heavily congested divorce. When it was all said and done, I got the exact outcome that I asked for the first time I approached the law firm to take my case. He could have drug this out forever and taken the approach of opposing counsel to rack up fees, instead, he told me: “this is what’s best for you and will save you from paying me a lot more”
Finally, Gil Gatch is a good man. He is a devout Christian who puts his faith over being an unethical attorney. This balanced approach is what makes Gil the successful attorney that he is.

“I have been the victim of serious family court abuse, by crooked judges, crooked lawyers and Senators that really need to resign. I retained Attorney Gatch in the middle of a very hostile situation between my then current lawyer and myself. She, the opposing counsel and the judge, all allowed a fake adultery affidavit to be admitted in a child support hearing. The Judge took my alimony in a child support hearing because I went swimming with (male) friend, in broad daylight, in a public pool with Cameras all around.
